Relative role of thermal activa-tion, quantum fluctuations, dynamic inertial effects, phonon and electronic friction in dislocation processes in crystals is clarified. The processes of atomic rearrangements in intercluster boundaries in the amorphous alloys are investi-gated. New conceptions on the defect structures and super-structures in the alloys are devised. Peculiarities of their for-mation and their role in processes of deformation hardening under the conditions of deep cooling are ascertained.
