It was shown that electrons are mobile charge carriers in cryoma-trices of inert elements. Processes stimulated by heating or irradiation of preliminary excited samples were studied. It was proved that atomic processes (atom-atom recombination) in doped cryomatrices stimulate electronic relaxation. A new radiative mechanism of the phenomenon is proposed.
