The influence of a coordinated competitive behaviour of the economy subjects on the competition, both for a short-term and long-term perspective, has been studied. The proposals are presented showing how to form a system of special typical requirements to the coordinated actions, which would establish more wide sphere for an application of a group allowance with account of a legislation form and economic sense of these actions.
