The choice and technology of receipt of indicated materials are substantiated and developed. The anatase form of nanodispersive titania is characterized by the great "guest" lithium loading degree (x = 7,93), that is perspective for creation on his base of lithium power sources of high efficiency. Researches of thermodynamics characteristics and structural peculiarities of silica showed that tridymite is the most suitable for lithium intercalation on structural channels.The positive value intervals of entropy in the explored materials are exposed which are related to exceptionally high degree of freedom of Li+ - ions vibrational motion in the "guest" channels covered by slightly polyarized oxygen anions . On the basis of the got structures the power-supply sources were created, operating characteristics of which exceeded known in the world analogues (specific capacity and specific energy) in 2 - 2,5 times.
