A numerical climatic model was created, new approaches to research of low-frequency changeability of hydrometeorological fields were worked up. The numerical computations were done and climatic changeability in Ukraine region in the connections with variations in ocean-atmosphere system was analyzed. The unique continuous data have been obtained during the monitoring of hydrometeorological fields in open parts of Black sea with time step of 3 hours; direction and wind speed, atmospheric pressure at the sea level, air temperature, water temperature, airhumidity, wind waves.
