The purpose work is research the development of social mind and organiza-tion structure of Ukrainian kozaks in particular the Zaporozian Seech, the specific of ethnical processes in Dniper (river) lands and indication of them in Ukrainian crowd (community) consciousness of the period of XVIIII - XIX centure. The authors reconstructed the organization structure of the first Bazovutskaya Seech and Chartomlytskaya Seech that was recreated in 1652 year by B.Chmelnitski (instead the Bazovutskaya Seech had been destroyed in 1638 year by poland army. The main complex of sourced accord-ingly theme was analyzed. The authors founded the new sight at the role and place of Education epoch ideology in Europe civilization.
