The purpose of work is determination of influence factors of production activity of enterprises of Prichernomorskiy region on the state of natural environment and development of mechanisms of stimulation of subjects of management on the environmentally balanced economic activity in market conditions. A research methods are the economic and ecological analysis, imitation and mathematical design. Fundamental character and scale of ecological problems of socio-economic development of Ukraine and its Prichernomorskiy region due to the necessity of forming of a new state politics in the field of environmental management, which will expressly determine strategy and tactic of perfection of public relations in the aspect of environmental development, realignment of socially-economic complex on the basis of the rational use of natural resources, renewal of naturally-resource potential and making healthy of environment. During researches an aggregate and relationship of factors of economic activity, which most influence on stability of natural spheres of region, is definite; coming the modern ecological state from, clarification of models of development of productive forces in the Prichernomorskiy region is carried out, also offered methodological approach to perfection of financial and credit mechanism of regulation of nature protection activity at regional level, the algorithm of optimization of the system of informative indexes is developed, which the factors of environmental impact of economic objects are evaluated, and conception of economic stimulation of subjects of management in the field of handling hard wastes of production.The results of work are realized at elaboration of position papers and recommendations to the regional scientific and technical program of the rational use of natural resources, renewal and guarding of environment in the pertaining to national economy complex of the Odessa region - "Ecology-2005".
