The aim of the research is realization of the standard sources of gamma- radiation with the activity, which is below МSA for certification of the measurement channels of the "RADOS" system . The nuclear reactions (e, y) are theoretically written for sodium, nickel and cobalt . The energies of electrons are experimentally inverstigated for targets of sodium, nickel and cobalt and five sources: of sodium-22 (2 items), cobalt - 60 (2 items) and cobalt - 57 (1 item) are made. These standard sources are used at the state metrological certification and verification of the "RADOS" system. The efficiency of the realized sources is related with the reduction of the time of metrological work conducting and the reduction of dose charges for researchers-metrologists.
