The data obtained are prepared for the data base formation. The regularities in formation of the lower trofic levels (phyto- and microzooplankton) under hydrological and hydrochemical factors effect have been revealed. 2. Quantitative parameters of mesozooplankton being eating by ctenophora alien mnemiopsis and inhibiting effect on it of new ctenophora alien beroe have been determined. 3. The indicators of condition of the pelagic ecosystem important components - copepoda calanus and sprat have been revealed. Considering the level of energy stocks accumulated by sprat the Black Sea pelagic ecosystem last years is at the stage of reduction after catastrophic degradation at the end of 1980-ties - begining of 1990-ties. 4.
