There were are received cross-sectional ambiguity functions of above-stated signals with availability and deficiency Doppler frequency, the concrete examples of signals allowing to determine Doppler frequency up to 40 kilohertz that corresponds to importance of the radial velocity 1200 m/s on wave 5 cm. Two kinds of signals allowing also to determine a mark radial velocity are considered. The organized research of the possibility and technical realizability creation remote receiving point on base Balakleya's NIP HNURE. The are organized experimental studies of some particularities of the creation and processing complex wideband signal on designed and created model.
