Criteria of structures productivity evaluation in the Neogene complex are worked out, which genetically are connected with the Mesozoic erosional relief. The feature of Korneliv, Demkivka, Zarichne structures is detailed and their geological-economic estimation as hydrocarbon traps is carried out. Myrtiuky, Slobidka Lisna - Kolomyia , Mykytyntsi, Ispas and other prospective objects are described.
