The positive correlations are revealed between emission of pollutants in the atmosphere and incidence of allergic dermatitis in 4 regions of Ukraine during 12 years. The infringements of processes of peroxide oxidation of lipids and misbalance of lipid spectrum of blood serum, erythrocyte membranes, immune, cytokine and ecosanoid regulating systems in these patients are revealed depending on the form of disease and the region.
