Five complex schemes are investigated. It is determined, that melt is treated the best by two such schemes: spheroidization and following electrical pulse treatment of melt in the ladle; electrical pulse treatment in the ladle and following modification in the casting mould. Nodular graphite grinds, a dendrite cell reduces, density and mechanical properties increase in metal treated by these schemes. Structure grinding, reduction of ferromagnetic phase containing and decreasing of magnetic permeability are achieved in alloyed cast iron of Fe-Ni-C system.
