The purpose of Research - to investigate the factors, influencing on decrease of biological stability and productivity of wood stands and develop measures on improvement of the forest growing system. Methods of researches - entomological, phytopathological, forest measurement, silvicultural, agrochemistry and statistics. The main factor of a decrease of biological stability of forests is disturbance forest ecologyc requirements to forest growing while instead of native mixed pine plantations the pure plantations of temporary types are grown. It is founded that the capability of natural recovery of native pine plantations is established by natural regeneration of an common oak and other deciduous under canopy 36 % of plots of pure cultures of a pine. It is concluded that understory plantations are necessary grown on the 64% of plots and provide the measures for improving its natural regeneration. The important factor of decreasing the sanitary state of pine forests is deseare by the fungi ( Pinus annosus) at the 38,7%. The scientific - practical guidelines are designed.
