Conclusions: a level of socialization of persons is one of the integrated parameters of productivity of HEE activity that is defined through a public estimation of his graduates; it depends on many factors, but the most important from a genotype of the student, previous socialization before entering the HEE, social and cultural HEE environments and interactions with it by person of the student; the HEE can effectivly influence on a course of socialization process of student person through the creation of corresponding conditions in the social and cultural environment.
