These detectors were obtained on the basis of a fast type scintillator ZnSe(О,Te) with decay time ? 10 ?s and afterglow level not more than 0.05% after 6 ms. Design has been developed and properties studied of SPD: X-ray sensitivity as function of radiation energy, dose rate and scintillator thickness.
