It has been shown, that development of alcoholism and assosiated arterial hypertension in rats resulted in activation of destructive proteinases, decrease of limited proteolysis reactions intensity, elimination of proteinases from organism in complex with their inhibitors. At an emotional stress of prolonged character, when the hypertension is not induced, the contrast changes is shown to action of alcohol, that suggest the exhaustion of proteolysis at alcohol-dependent hypertension by toxic influence of alcohol. It has been shown, that calpains and cathepsin G activation had pathogenetic effects. At hypotonia more appreciable proteolysis activation is marked: increase of proteinases level against the background alpha-2-macroglobin decrease.
