The assessment of the quality of arterial hypertension diagnostics and prevention has been fulfilled, and the most ponderable risk factors of the disease and their combinations have been established (night-time hypertension, microalbuminuria, burdened heredity). Approaches to the drug therapy of arterial hypertension in the case of its combination with other clinical conditions and diseases have been specified. Effective scheme of organizational and methodic measures aimed on the fulfillment of the National Program on Arterial Hypertension on the regional level has been worked out, questionnaire for the reveal of patients with suspected secondary hypertension has been worked out and is used in the rooms of before-doctor reception; the most effective methods of primary arterial hypertension prevention have been proposed, indications for the early start of the disease secondary prevention have been established.
