Research objective - further development of methodological and practical bases of the development of SNAs, whose completion would make it possible to bring the GDP calculations in Ukraine to the world standards, as well as improvement of the pattern of the development of inter-branch balance according to the expanded program based of the principles and methodology of state financial programming, and analysis and GDP components via comparability of the dynamics of inter-branch balance indicators for the period until 2001, with variant-based forecast calculations and justification of the recommendation to attain positive structural changes in Ukraine's economy. Research methods - systemic analysis, comparative, analytic and expert assessments, econometric methods. Theoretical and practical results - - development of the pattern to calculate the inter-branch balance according to the extended program in the context of the development of this country's SNA; - finalization of the research on improvement of the calculation of the households' final expenditures according to SNA-93 in current and constant prices. Commencement of recalculation of Ukraine's SNA for 1990-2000 according to KVED; development of a modified model of inter-branch balance with regard to pricing and structural factors affecting the input dynamics and changes in gross capital generation in GDP; - preparation of the technique to calculate indexes - GDP deflators for the sector of central government. Sphere of application - Customer is using the results of the present project at the enterprises, organizations and agencies via publications, monographs, scientific articles and recommendations based on research materials.
