The order determines distribution of budgetary funds according to decisions of the Cabinet of Ukraine on representation Госжилкоммунхоза of Ukraine on the basis of offers of Council of Ministers of Autonomous republic Crimea, regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city state administrations, local authorities.
