Its mathematical model has been developed. The numerical realization of this model allows to receive the nonstationary field of temperatures along the length of the mine working. It permitted to determine the optimum location of the plant and to calculate sluggishness of its operation. The parameters of the turbine atomizer have been calculated. It allows to create the cone of water finely atomized, which length is more than 18 m, and cross-section area is up to 16 square metres on condition that a pressure in the fire-sprinkling pipe-line is from 0.35 up to 1.6 MPa.
