To solve the problems set the principal propositions of basic laws of the electromagnetic field, theoretical principles of electrical engineering, theory of line electrical circuits, methods of mathematical modelling have been used. The high-frequency communication equipment to guarantee the two-way telephony between the workers being in the mine workings and the dispatcher of the mine on the surface at a distance of 10 km has been developed.
