Method of research is integrated that consists of geomechanical analysis, analytical calculations, treatment, systematization and generalization of experience of protection and maintenance of vertical shafts in complicated conditions. This work is connected with earlier developed conclusions to provide long-term stability of the shafts of the Mine no. 3-bis and also with available normative and normative-methodical documents that regulate problems dealt with protection and maintenance of vertical mine shafts. Was execute conclusion on the problem of providing hydraulic safety of the Mine "Progress", in as a result of practical application which normal operating conditions of the Mine "Progress" vertical shafts should be provided.
