We showed that the most effective was endoscopic ligation of varixes of veins with sclerotization of them with the fibrin glue tissucol and etocsisclerol. We showed thad the laparoscopic and endoscopic operations were more effective than traditional methods of operation in cases of patiens with bleeding caused by portal hypertension with cirrhosis of liver.
