There were isolated 9 peaks from the wastes of gamma-globulin manufacturing. These peaks had high inhibitory activity. Commercial preparations: immunoglobulin, human interferon, herpes vaccine, gonococcal vaccine and tularaemia vaccine contain trypsine-like proteases and their inhibitors. Immunoglobulin contains 4 times more inhibitor, than interferon. In gonococcal vaccine there is a large quantity of trypsine-like protease, and only the traces of inhibitor. Foreign preparations: influvac, vaccigripp, fluarix, fraxiparin, avaxim, solcoseryl contain high quantity of trypsine-like protease inhibitor in their composition.
