Purpose of work - scientific ground and development the principles of medical and social examination and making the basic rehabilitation programs under chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases in combination with AH. Methods of research are clinical, functional and social-hygienical. Novelty of work: it is improved approach to estimation of degree of vital activity decline under COPD and asthma in combination with arterial hipertension; it is given scientific ground and developed the principles of making individual rehabilitation programs of invalids with COPD in combination with AH; it is selected the most informing methods and developed algorithms and standards of examination of patients with COPD in combination with AH under the estimation of vital activity state and rehabilitation prognosis, that are recommended for the use in to the practical activity of health care establishments and MSEC. Implementation of criterion of vital activity limitation and principles of making IPR in practice of MSE and health care establishments will assist to improve of health status, upgrade the level of medical and expert care, improve the criteria of vital activity state under the combine pathology, improvement rehabilitation of invalids. Results of the study were instilled in 12 articles, 30 abstracts, 19 lectures at conference, including 6 - at the international conference, 3 - on selector lectures for main experts of Ukraine, results of study implemented in the pedagogical process in MSE department of postgradute faculty Dnietropetrovsk State Medical Academy.
