Gorky popup.description2 The purpose of the study was to design a scheme for correction of the CNS disorders by grafting cultures, embrional neural and enocrine cells and tissues. Vegetative, behavioural, immunological and electrophysiological parameters in female rats on various oestral stages, after SCN destruction and after embrional neural tissue of hypothalamus grafting were studied. Destruction of SCN has a significant influence on pulse rate, body temperature, water-salt homeostasis, grooming and immunological parameters. Transplantation has restored these parametersto the intact animals' level. It is the first study to demonstrate the possibilities of correction neuro-immune-endocrinous system functions by neural transplantation.
