Some peculiarities of hormonal profile is revealed in women with reproductive health disturbances, who were followed up on the background of disturbances of adrenals and thyroid functioning, these disturbances were showed in the change of level sexual hormones dinamics: estradiol and progesterone. In these women peculiarities of immunologic reactivity: suppression of cell link immunity activity and decreasing of immunoglobulin content A and G were revealed. As the result of the investigations done some peculiarities of pathogenesis of reproductive health disturbances in different age groups were stated. On the basis of the data got pathogenic proved schemes of treatment of female reproductive health disturbances are worked out, wich allow increase the quality of life and keep reproductive health function. The techniques worked out allow do differentiated therapeutic preventive measures in women with reproductive health disturbances including substitution hormone therapy, hormonal and non-hormonal correction of hormonal profile disturbances, sparing methods of operative treatment, immune therapy.
