Gorky popup.description2 The fulfilled study shows a row of peculiarities of system haemodynamics disorders after mine blast injury and with its components (mine contusion injury, mine burn injury and mine toxic injury) influencing body. The modeling of mine blast injury and its components was done in special device, especially made for this study. Basic parametres of system haemodynamic were studied. The obtained results allow to give recommendations on organizing medical care to injureds in mine blasts. On the basis of found differences in haemodynamic manifestations of combined mine injury and with its component influencing body in experimental animals with multiple premorbid load and in animals without it and of differences in letal structures in these groups we suppose it necessary to differenciate medical care which is given to injureds after this kind of injury. Medical care should include sorting injureds after mine blast injury taking into consideration the predominant component of injury and longitude of premorbidload for defining priority in giving first aid and evacuation. This differentiation should be done in earliest terms from the moment of injuring and if possible before arriving injureds at hospital stage of medical care. An automatic injector for emmergency help in conditions when self- and reciprocal aid after mine blast injury is limited is designed.
