Gorky popup.description2 Object of investigation: 564 infertile married couples treated by methods of assisted reproductive technologies (ART). Aim: to increase the percentage of conception at infertility treatment by ART, to decrease the duration and cost of treatment. The results got: increasing of conception frequency in treatment by ART from 18,1% up to 28,1%. It is proved that the frequency of intrauterine pathology among infertile women is 94%. It is proved the hysteroscopy before ART increase the percentage of conception. The role of sperm culture systematically done is proved.
