Gorky popup.description2 OBJECT OF RESEARCH - 148 patients with allergic skin diseases, 176 children with atopic dermatitis in the age from 2 months till 1 year, 127 patients with various forms of chronic lupus erythematosus, 120 patients with various forms limited scleroderma, 479 women with chronic vulvovaginitis. The control group - 30 healthy persons. THE AIM OF WORK - improvement of quality of diagnostics, reduction of cases of possible complications, reduction of duration of treatment, decrease in frequency and weight of current of relapses, and also lengthening of remissions at patients RESULTS - are determined at patients with allergic dermatoses, atopic dermatitis, chronic lupus erythematosus, limited scleroderma, Inflammatory vulvovaginitis - features of clinical current, microbiological, hormonal and immunological status, the contents of glucose, IgA. NOVELTY - Patents of Ukraine are received under this theme. EFFICIENCY - at allergic dermatoses - achievement of clinical effect at 89,8 % of patients, remission -at 21,3 % of patients; at atopic dermatitis - achievement of clinical effect from 25 % up to 47,6 %, reduction of duration of an aggravation on the average for 8 days, decrease in frequency of relapses in 1,9 times; chronic lupus erythematosus - achievement of clinical effect from 63,3 % up to 93,3 % of patients; limited scleroderma - achievement of clinical effect from 65,7 % up to 94,2 % of patients; at inflammatory vulvovaginitis - achievement of clinical effect at 92,9 % of women with bacterial vaginitis and at 92,6 % - with Candida vulvovaginitis.
