Purpose: to formulate a scientific conception, to give a theoretical substantiation of pathogenetic mechanisms and clinicoinstrumental characteristics of irritated intestinal syndrome and functional dyspepsia in children. To work out practical recommendations for improvement of diagnostic and differential diagnostic of irritated intestinal syndrome and functional dyspepsia with chronic pathology of gastrointestinal tract. Novelty: it is for the first time a scientific conception of pathogenetic mechanisms has been formulated and a theoretical substantiation of a clinical characteristic of irritated intestinal syndrome and functional dyspepsia in children has been given, diagnostic and differettial diagnostic criteria of irritated intestinal syndrome and functional dyspepsia have been elaborated. Approaches in determining of risk group of arising of functional diseases of stomach and intestine and their transformation to chronic inflammation pathology of gastrointestinal tract have been worked out. Effectiveness: the frequencies of the transformation of functional gastrointestinal pathology to chronic inflammation processes in children have been decreased by 2.5 to 5 %. Application: it can be introduced into pediatric somatic and specialized departments, pediatric out-patient units of city, district, and regional hospitals.
