Gorky popup.description2 During investigation of 100 patients with hypertension and 112 patients with ischemic coronary disease with concomitant chronic obstructive bronchitis it has been determined an increase resistance both small and large airways, that correlates with degree of nitric oxide synthesis reduction. L-arginine decreased of resistance of large airways, reduced endothelial dysfunction degree and requirement of nitroglycerin. The inhaled nitroglycerin is more than sublingual one decreased the obstruction of upper respirotary tract resistance. The combined (orally and inhaled) administration of isosorbide dinitrate decreases of bronchial obstruction.
