Gorky popup.description2 OBJECT of RESEARCH: Chrom-magnesit dust PURPOSE of RESEARCH: To elaborate a system of the scientifically reasonable sanitary-hygienic measures on environmental sanitation of the air of occupied areas. OBTAINED RESULTS: Chrom-magnesit dust by inhalation in organism at a concentration of 1,06 mg/ м3 renders nonspecific gonadotoxic acting, which shows practically flush with toxic acting.The concentration of chrom-magnesit dust at a level of 0,25мg/ м3 and 0,04 mg/ м3 in the experiment were inoperable. The comparative analysis of results and confrontation of inoperable concentrations acconrding to toxic, allergenic and gonadotoxic acting allows as to recommend a concentration of chrom-magnesit dust at a level of 0,04 mg/ м3 as maximum allowable concentration for the air of the occupied places. NOVELTY: the gear of chrom-magnesit dust biological effect is detected at chronic inhalation of the given material in an organism of experimental animals. EFFICIENCY: determination of threshold and inoperableconcentration of chrom-magnesit dust. AREA of USAGE: the obtained outcomes will be used for the scientific substantiation of the maximum allowable concentration of Chrom-magnesit dust in the air of the occupied places.
