Gorky popup.description2 Work is based on results of clinical supervision over 1033 patients which were on treatment in ENT-department of Donetsk hospitals. From them patients with sensoneural hearing loss was 470 person, with otitis media - 156, with a cancer of larynx - 407. Aim of research is increasing of efficiency of treatment of patients with ORL pathology by stage-by-stage improvement of methods of medical aid and formation of uniform system of rehabilitation. . On the basis of carried out researches it is established, that use of a new technique tracheostomy allows to lower frequency of a secondary stenosis of a trachea from 66,7% to 8,3%, in 60% prevents development secondary broncho-pulmonary pathology. Use of a method transmastoidal shuntings allows to reduce to 35-40% terms of treatment with ear pathology. Use of modern techniques of rehabilitation of children with the redused hearing allows to lower number of cases of physycal inability on 10,7%. For the first time techniques of steady tracheostoma are developed at a stenosis of a throat, transmastoidal shuntings at a pathology of an ear. Use of the given techniques allows to increase efficiency of treatment given pathology on the average on 25-30% in comparison with traditional techniques.
