"The elaboration of the draft of Regulations on ecological-auditing activities" contains terms and definitions, general issues, criteria and procedures of ecological audit, certification policy for ecological auditors and legal persons which have a right to perform an ecological auditing, the distribution of the responsi-bilities for the harm caused to the environment as a result of the economical activity of plant or factory before its privatization. The list of the drafts of legal statements with valid propositions concerning their consistency with the laws "On ecological audit" and "On the amendments of several Ukrainian laws made in order to guarantee the ecological requirements in the process of privatization"is also given.
