The purpose of operation: Development and a heading of essentially new technology of waste management which bases on use of new sorts mineral binders substances - contact hardening mineral binders substances (CHB). According to data NАEC "Energoatom" after dynamic loudspeaker of filling of storages of liquid radioactive waste (LRW), as of 2000, free volume of storages LRW of the atomic power station of Ukraine made 22-43 % from design volumes. Under the forecast, free volumes of containers for storage LRW should be filled up to 2000 - 2014 whereas design resources of the effective atomic power stations should be outspent up to 2010 - 2025. Research techniques: Physicomechanical test, settlement methods, differential thermal analysis and X-ray diffraction analyses. Results of research: Is carried out the estimate of the basic surface characteristics of a dust pollution under roofing spaces of object "Shelter" and a liquid radioactive waste of the atomic power station of Ukraine. Solutions for an immobilisation and dust control are developed, their production characteristics are fixed, the design of technical specifications " Composition for dust control treating СПП-102 is developed. Technical specifications ", the technology of drawing of these solutions and the technological instruction on their use is developed. Compositions of mineral binders for an immobilization and compounding a liquid radioactive waste and compositions immobilization solution for dust depression are developed. The basic production characteristics of compounds are explored. Technical specifications on compounds, which include a radioactive waste, are developed.
