The aim of the investigation - elaboration of optimum therapeutic methods of IBD connected with hepatobiliary pathology with use of antioxydative and immunocorrective therapy. Methods: clinical, endoscopical, ultrasound, immunological, morphological, microbiological, statistic. The new data of IBD pathogenesis were obtained. The necessity of Glutargin use in complex treatment of patients with IBD on the basic therapy and immunocorrection with autocytokines was grounded.
