It is found that the magnitude of activation energy of superplastic deformation coincides with the magnitude of energy of the main mechanisms under these conditions - the grainboundary sliding. It is shown that the activation energy of the grainboundary cavity development coincides with the total energy of foil deformation and the activation energy of grainboundary sliding. .
