These phenomena and effects of multiplicity of the X-ray diffuse scattering are as follows in distinction from the kinematical case: the variation of the total (sum of Bragg-type and diffuse) integrated reflective power (TIRP) due to the distortions' increase and the variation of a selectivity of the TIRP sensitivity to defects of different kinds with variation of the diffraction conditions. Based on the above-mentioned phenomena and effects, the unique new-generation methods are developed, which provide the principally new functional diagnostics' possibilities, in particular, for the first time, the quantitative characterization of several kinds of defects in crystals (21-century certification). The theoretical model is proposed and the integrated-diffractometry methods are developed for determination of the quantitative characteristics of the disturbed surface layers and randomly distributed defects (RDD), which are simultaneously presented in crystals. For the first time, the presence of the diffuse-scattering integrated-intensity dependence on the uniform macroscopic-deformation degree is proved experimentally. For the first time, this one gives the possibility of the reliable quantitative determination of the RRD characteristics by the simulation and fitting of the experimental TIRP-deformation dependences.
