The difficult material conducting problems were solved, technology of Josephson contacts receiving was created, also nano-sized stratified and point structures, and also semiconductor-non-conductor-semiconductor. Base nanotechnologies on physic-technological bases were developed, that foresaw the new methods development of nanostructure receiving of the various functional setting together with the traditional technological methods improvement.
