The basic purpose of work is development of scientific bases of strengthening processing blades the compressor with thin, edges in view of conditions of operation at presence of technological microdefects and operational damages. Methods of researches included: methods for definition of residual pressure; methods of engineering mechanics: for research of mechanical properties of materials, parameters naklapu, residual pressure, resistance of weariness and shock durability; methods of probability theory and mathematical statistics: for processing results of tests and construction of mathematical models; numerical methods of the theory of elasticity: for calculation tensely - deformed conditions blades. For the first time with the help of the analysis of dimensions and theories of similarity are received complex models of factors of hardening blades the compressor in view of modes of processing, physicomechanical characteristics of materials, the scale factor and concentration of pressure which allow to predict bearing ability and a resource.
