Special attention is paid to hierarchical systems which consist of a distri buted living medium and a hierarchical supplying network that Provides this medium with some products. We propose a cooperative mechanism of self-regulation by which the system as a whole can react perfectly. We provide mathematical modeling of homogeneous distributed media and and formation pattern in such type of systems. Mathematical theory based on geometric properties of nonlinear differential equation is presented. Self-organization in neural networks is described for several specific cases.
