Methods of study- Systemic and logical analysis, expeditionary examinations of the state of material and technical basis of oncological institutions, organization of expert aid for cancer patients. Biostatistics of use of diagnostic and medical measures during expert aid for cancer patients. Principles of standartization of specialized aid to cancer patients as well as standardized medical technologically oriented protocols have been developed. Qualitative indices which shjuld be added to the methodics estimation of work of cancer institutions and state of medical aid to cancer patients have been determined. Financial estimation for provision of implementation of protocols for oncologic aid to population has been done. Proposals as for the improvement of provision of spesialists for rendering ofspesialized oncologic aid to population. Results of research developments are implemented during preparation of parliamentary hearings in Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "Oncologic disease in Ukraine.
