The basic directions of improvement of an exchange control are determined, the urgent questions of development of an exchange market and tools of insurance from exchange risks are developed. The offers on development of currency mechanisms of maintenance innovation enterprises by financial resources, improvement of structure of export and import are formulated. The forms of increase of stimulating function of monetary strategy and ways of improvement of mechanisms of introduction innovation of model of development are developed. The results SRJ are used at preparation legislative and normative statements on regulation of economy.
