During our work we supported the human embryo brain cells 5-12 weeks of gestation in the suspension passaging culture, observing for their dynamic with the metter of oligodendrocyte precursors expansion. Addition to the culture medium FGF2 and EGF increased the rate of expansion in 2,5 times. In this condition we achieved the 3,6-fold expansion of CNP+ cells.
