Purpose: to improve the program of revealing and account of late radiation and combination therapy complications in cancer patients and to develop new rehabilitation methods. Methods of the research: clinical, laboratory, instrumental (ECG, Holter's ECG monitoring, perfusion pulmoscintigraphy with albumin microaggregates labeled with 99mTc with visual assessment of the findings, x-ray), psychological, statistical; ECG complex CARDIOSENS, automated ECG unit ЭКГ-100/2, gamma-camera ГКС-301Т. Results and their novelty: the complex of clinical instrumental methods of the study of the cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, nervous system in patients with breast, genital, thyroid, colorectal cancer and lymphoproliferative diseases after radiation and combination therapy was improved. The criteria of risk of late radiation lesions were worked out. The program of revealing and account of late complications of anticancer therapy was improved.
