The research is aimed at working out recommendations concerning the decreasing of pollution rate with the use of mathematical simulation of polluting contamination's spread in the air, waters and ground and developing on this basis the proper software, oriented on practical application within the system of environment monitoring adapted to condition at large industrial centres in Ukraine. The new and improved existing analytical methods are used to calculate the spread of pollution in the atmosphere, waters and ground for the conditions, when more wide range of determining factors are taken into consideration. Approximate relations, which may be used for analysis of pollution spread, are obtained.
