Digital analyses system for ionosphere data with presentation on web-site of NAO was put on in practice. Observational data base for 2002-2004 was made and system analysis of long-time series for ionosphere state was carried out. Correlating time dependences of ionosphere data with the solar X-ray stream, which is recording by GOES, with anomalises in coordinate determination of GPS station of NAO, and also with data of magnetic storms were found.
