The correlation between oxygen precipitation processes and behaviour of magnetic susceptibility has been found; b) Dopping of silicon by Pb isovalent impurity does not influence essentially on the initial electrical and structural characteristics of n-Si(Pb), but it leads significantly to the slow degradation of its conductivity at electron irradiation and some acceleration in degradation of the lifetime of the carriers at gamma-quanta irradiation.
